The fabric is derived from a variety of post-consumer and post-industrial sources including plastic pop bottles and is turned into a high quality, soft and comfy micro fleece that is indistinguishable from petroleum based virgin polyester micro fleece. The Eco Plasma Schell jacket is made from the first eco fabric of its kind! Eco P.E.T. Plasma Schell is a lightweight, water repellent, highly durable and environmentally friendly fabric. Created through a unique process called PLASMA bonding, the schell has two technical layers. The outer layer is made from 60% recycled ECO P.E.T. filaments and 40% stretch yarns. The inner layer is a 100% Eco-carbon material, a highly sophisticated fabric technology that uses activated carbon derived from a renewable resource to control moisture, eliminate odour and regulate temperatures.
